How long does shipping take for personalized orders?
Customized items typically ship within 10-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your heirloom piece leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options to more international destinations in the near future.
Can I return a personalized item?
Due to the custom nature of our monogrammed products, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours.
How should I clean my Petite Keep trunk?
We recommend spot cleaning the fabric with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For the hardware, a soft dry cloth will maintain the brass finish and prevent tarnishing.
